Eco-industrial park “Universal Industry”, 13.39 hectares is a unique complex of industrial and commercial facilities, is ready for the acceptance of industrial, warehouse and other enterprises. The industrial park is being developed according to the principles of environmental standards recommended by the UN unit from UNIDO Industrial Development.


The land plot is equipped with all necessary communications – electricity, gas, water, sewage, several iron branches. On the territory of the industrial park there are facilities in various conditions that are ready for the quick launch of any production; the existing administrative building can provide everyone with the necessary amount of office and commercial space. There are also separate plots where new industrial and warehouse facilities can be built.

LOCATION

The Rokytne settlement is located 110 km from Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine.

Located in the Kyiv region, the industrial park has a good logistical location relative to the main strategic routes of the region. It is 84 km to Kyiv, 124 km to the Boryspil international airport, 408 km to the seaport in Odesa city, 680 km to the border with Poland (Shehyni).

The land plot is located in an industrial zone formed during Soviet times. The land plot is surrounded by industrial enterprises on three sides. A residential building is located across the road.

Located within the boundaries of the Rokytne settlement, the industrial park is provided with the necessary labor resources. More than 10,000 people reside in the Rokytne settlement, and more than 50,000 people reside within a 20-minute drive.

Rent of ready-made premises

Ready-made facilities are ready for rent. More than 25 thousand square meters of industrial, warehouse and commercial facilities have already been built on the territory of the industrial park.
Lease terms and the amount of payment for service (security, cleaning, maintenance of communications) are formed individually at the request of a potential participant.
The owner of the industrial park is ready to reconstruct or repair the premises according to the terms of reference from a potential participant.

New construction

We can provide unimproved land plots for lease with subsequent sale for the construction of a new industrial or other box.
A potential participant can carry out the construction itself or with the help of a management company, which can build these facilities at its own expense and transfer them to a potential participant (purchase, lease).

Sale/rent of the entire IP

For a major investor or an enterprise that wants to independently develop its business on the entire territory of the industrial park, the owner of the industrial park is ready to consider the possibility of leasing or selling the entire asset (plot + premises + communications + industrial park status).
